Now that your event is booked, here are a few helpful tips…
LIVE EVENT: PRODUCT DEMO
We suggest you sit at desk or table, so that you may have your products displayed in front of you on screen.
The event will be hosted by a member of the Beautyque team. We will be on screen at the beginning of the event to give an introduction, and again at the end of the event to read the viewers' questions and show your products on Facebook Live Shopping (if available).
LIVE EVENT: MEET THE FOUNDER
We suggest you sit at desk or table, so that you may have your products or anything reminding your brand in the background.
The event will be hosted by a member of the Beautyque team. We will be there to introduce you at the beginning, as well as ask you the 3 questions you want us to ask on screen. At the end of the event, we will return on screen to read the viewers’ questions. This event format will be more of a discussion than a formal presentation.
A great brand story captures these three elements: 1) what you offer, 2) to whom you offer it, and 3) what makes you different. During these live events, the focus will be YOU and how you overcame adversity and challenges. The goal is to create relatability and connection between you as the founder and your consumers. Remember that the message of a memorable story is never “Look how amazing I am” — but rather, “Look how amazing you can be.”
It’s tempting to lay out every single detail, especially when it’s your own story, but it’s important to keep things concise so that it connects with the audience quickly, makes them eager to learn more, and holds their attention. In a world where your company is up against thousands of competitors, a clear and concise story will win the audience. The goal is to be authentic, elevate your products, and convey the need you wanted to fulfill in a simple and compelling way.
GENERAL TIPS:
At the time of the event, we recommend you have access to a computer with a camera, strong internet connection, and good lighting.
Practice is key — we recommend having your setup ready and practicing 2-3 times before your live event as well.
The event link and promotional graphics will be created as soon as possible, using the information you provided in your event form. We will share it with our community and with you. We highly recommend that you share and promote the event via your own channels as well to ensure maximum viewership.
