You may receive separate packages, coming directly from the brand you ordered the product from. Beautyque acts as a centralized platform where you can shop at different brands all at once, and we are also responsible for customer service.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

You may receive separate packages, coming directly from the brand you ordered the product from. Beautyque acts as a centralized platform where you can shop at different brands all at once, and we are also responsible for customer service.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

You may receive separate packages, coming directly from the brand you ordered the product from. Beautyque acts as a centralized platform where you can shop at different brands all at once, and we are also responsible for customer service.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

You may receive separate packages, coming directly from the brand you ordered the product from. Beautyque acts as a centralized platform where you can shop at different brands all at once, and we are also responsible for customer service.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

You may receive separate packages, coming directly from the brand you ordered the product from. Beautyque acts as a centralized platform where you can shop at different brands all at once, and we are also responsible for customer service.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use, used or opened products can not be returned

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Beautyque NYC will ONLY pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent by mistake.

What is non refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
• We DO NOT accept returns for: sale items, edible Beauty & Nutrition &  fragrances.
• ALL Fragrance  are FINAL SALE. 
• For sanitary reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE: ALL face and body tools, including- cleansing sponges, makeup sponges, makeup brushes, mask brushes, face cloths, dry brushes, face rollers, menstrual cups, water bottles, pill cases, and towels. 

How long does it take to receive your refund?

Please note that it can take up to 30 days for a return to be processed and the refund to be issued upon receipt by our returns department.
