You may receive separate packages, coming directly from the brand you ordered the product from. Beautyque acts as a centralized platform where you can shop at different brands all at once, and we are also responsible for customer service.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

You represent and warrant to Beautyque NYC that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument for the initial subscription term and each renewal term.
